Reapplication Questions

I am reapplying after upping my LSAT significantly in June and I just have a few questions if people know.
Will the schools see my previously submitted materials from the last cycle? I was waitlisted on many of the schools I am reapplying to and it would be nice if they saw all my LOCIs that I sent in. Perhaps I should request that my previous materials be added to supplement my application? I ask because I am not sure if I really need to re-interview with places like Northwestern.
Also, what are people's opinion on a short reapplication addendum? Do you feel it is necessary or is it fairly obvious why I am reapplying? Perhaps it is obvious for places I got rejected / WL from, but maybe it's smart to submit addendums to places where I got accepted? I had submitted deposits at three different schools throughout the summer as I had some action off the summer waitlist... I just have a feeling some of them may be bitter that I rejected them even after they upped their scholarships significantly towards the end of the summer after they had seen my new LSAT score.
Any experience with this?
