Forgot Name/LSAC number on PS
I feel like an idiot- just realized I forgot to include my name and LSAC number on the top of my PS/addenda for three schools I applied to. Is this the sort of thing I should send in new information to the admissions office for? Thank you.

I wouldn't resend. Its not a requirement, just a good idea in case a page gets separated from the app. Don't worry too much about it.

I've only seen a few say that it was required... I only put mine on the ones that explicitly stated they wanted it.

Ha- saw it on my NYU app and then retroactively freaked out re: some I had already sent in. Maybe I didn't put them on because there was no instruction to do so. Thanks everyone- and sorry to scare you, Nobody.

If its an electronic application, its bundled together with all of your other info. I didn't put them on mine.

I don't think Evelyn Waugh would have worried about it.
