Should I wait for all my recs to get to lsac before submitting apps?
Is it easier for law schools to receive them together in a packet? If sent separately, does it delay the process?

Kind of depends on how many you have, but you should probably wait. Keep in mind that if you submit the app ahead of time, most schools will consider your app complete and start evaluating it once the minimum number of letters are received. So, if you are submitting three and you submit your app now, the third one may not get considered.
