are 4 LORs too much?

Post by sangr » Sun Sep 11, 2011 11:18 pm

i have four, so im just wondering if i could put all of em there.

wouldnt it not matter? since if there are too many for the reviewer, he/she would just not read the ones in the back? or is there another reason against it?

thanks

Considering they have to read god knows how many applications, I'm pretty sure that is a sure way to annoy them. Try to follow the instructions (limit of how many LORs they want) and pick the ones you think are the strongest ones

The fourth LOR might be more effectively used as part of your LOCI package in case you get waitlisted than as part of the initial application.
