Before I send my UG Transcripts to LSAC

Post by wolfpack-avvocato » Thu Sep 01, 2011 3:27 pm

Is there a way to make them as friendly for LSAC as possible? Meaning If I have retaken classes, go and get the retake status put on all of the classes so it replaces grades and whatnot. Any other advice? Things you can do?

Retaken classes will have both grades counted by LSAC, unless your UG completely replaces the first instance of the class on your transcript. I guess most UGs, while they may replace the grade in the GPA calculation, will still show both grades. LSAC will count both.

Aside from that, LSAC really doesn't care if your transcripts are "friendly," however you are defining that. Your UG has a standard format and they send the transcripts in that format, and LSAC does what they do.
