Letter of rec question

Post by suzige » Wed Aug 31, 2011 6:44 pm

I'm not applying to law school until next cycle, but I'm planning to ask for letters of rec soon anyway since I'll be graduating from undergrad this school year. I don't feel like having to hunt people down later for that. I have two professors in mind for commenting on my academic abilities. I also have worked part time in one of the academic departments on campus for the last 4 semesters, primarily as an undergrad assistant for the director of the program and the grad assistants. The director knows me and my work beyond the classroom (volunteering, interning, etc.) pretty well, and he's recommended me before for other things. Would it be a good idea to ask for a letter from him for law school?

Depending on how well he writes, yeah.
