would foreigners applying for JD be distinguished by their?

Hi everyone
I am a Chinese student currently studying in Ohio state university for my bachelor degree. I've been sifting information about Law school admission and found out that the most crucial factors determining admission opportunities are GPA and LSAT score. But are they for USA citizen at most? My GPA is about 3.91 in Engineering, and my lsat wouldn't be lower than 165, which may appear to be pretty good for American applicants.
But I am not so sure whether foreigners applying for JD would be distinguished by their citizenship.
I would appreciate it if someone can give me information about it.
