If there is even one conservative that received a boost in admissions because adcomms felt that idealogy was underrepresented and that particular individual held beliefs that opposed affirmative action policies, then, yes, you could call it ironic.

Conservatives who get rejected from law schools blame their rejections on anti-conservative bias in law school admissions. Liberals who get rejected blame their rejections on pro-conservative "affirmative action." Either way, it's butthurt rationalization. Never discount the possibility that you were rejected not because of your political beliefs, but because you suck.
