Transcript Question

Postby epokei » Mon Aug 08, 2011 8:57 pm

Hello. This may be a really silly question for many of you, but I am not fluent in English and need to make sure.

I have graduated 4-year university about 5 years ago and obtained B.A degree in US.
I have not attended any other institutions after the graduation and am currently working.

Now I am in process to ask my school for official transcript.
I have registered LSAC’s Credential Assembly Service (CAS) and just printed out the "transcript request form" that I am supposed to send to school I've graduated.

Here is my question.
The form shows the institution name, the code, the year attended, and the level.
The level says :Undergraduate
Is "Undergraduate" the correct description of me?
And, I tried to edit and see if there would be other description,
but could not find any other option (did not even find where "Undergraduate" comes from)
I just don't want to submit the wrong request form and do it over again.

Any advice will be great. Thank you.

It's just saying it's a transcript from your undergraduate school. It's good to go.
