Transcript question

My school sent my transcript to LSAC awhile ago but being extremely slow and all, LSAC still hasn't updated it. Apparently my transcript was sent off before it was confirmed that I made the Dean's List for my final semester in college. That's the only thing that's not up to date on the transcript that was sent. I made the Dean's List every semester, which is something I want law schools to see, but is it worth it paying for an updated transcript to be sent when there's just this one thing that's not right?

I feel like all law schools care about is the number of my GPA, not whether or not I made the Dean's List at my school. I mean, would updating my transcript make any difference in the application process? Should I get this straightened out or just leave it?

I'd just leave it alone. I doubt it will make a difference. At any rate, law schools will be able to see that your grades during your last semester were on par with your grades from previous semesters. And perhaps when you list honors and awards on applications, or on your resume, you can write "Dean's List (8 semesters)."
