It could effect it depending on how recent they were, what the final outcome was, and if you can honestly state you learned from them and will never do them again.

I doubt the suspended license means anything since it is just an administrative thing -- so is the arrest, honestly, unless it was for a separate charge. I'd find out what the noise violation was considered a misdemeanor or just a citation and go from there. Maybe some applications ask if you have ever been arrested which might matter.
As a side note, wtf kind of ticket got you arrested? If it was something serious like driving with a suspended license or reckless driving that comes with potential jail time then most places will ask you about that too. If you have to disclose any of this stuff, the app will ask you for an addendum about it.
