You have extremely low chances of being accepted by UofM, UCLA, USC, or Northwestern with a 2.96/165. Worse, even if a miracle does happen and one of them accepts you, you won't get any scholarships from them and will have to pay 200K+ to get a JD.

For UNC (and other state schools) the predictor is not reliable because several state schools must enroll a certain number of in-staters; in the case of UNC, about 75% of the incoming class must be residents from NC. So, you have no chance of getting into UNC as an out-state applicant with your numbers, but your chances improve somewhat to modest if you can apply as an in-stater, which you can't at the moment.
