Same here... this makes me sad :(
173/3.8
They probably send them out in batches, similar to LSAT scores. Someone said earlier they weren't sending them till next week anyway. You'll both get one. :D

But I just missed the cut. :(

Same. GPA is slightly below median though, that might've been it. Also, I took the LSAT in Feb and didn't reset CRS til this evening, so that could be it also.

Yup, I got Duke Priority Tracking / Fee Waiver too. 175 / 3.9.

Seems like it was definitely not putting in the enrollment year that was holding me back from receiving fee waivers before, in case anyone else is having the same problem.

Duke priority track fee waiver here as well. Took the February LSAT. Good to know we haven't been forgotten!

I also received Duke Priority Track + Fee Waiver. I received UMinn a long time ago.

I solicited one from Iowa and received this:
"Your LSAT score meets our minimum fee waiver requirement; however, we are unable to process your waiver until September 1st when the application will become available. Please feel free to email back after September 1st to receive a fee waiver form (those who receive a waiver must apply by January 15, 2012)."

I will be intrigued if I get a Duke fee waiver based on my LSAT. There's no way in hell I'm getting in there with my GPA.

Should I be worried if I didn't get Duke's?

This law school application process is anxiety provoking. Le sigh.

You should not be. I haven't seen any people report getting a PT invite that didn't have 172+. They send them out to people under that every year so we still have a solid chance.

In what way? I never said that we had a 100% chance. I think that since all the people I saw report their scores were above 171, there is a good chance that they didn't send them out to people below that. I also read, ITT, that someone talked to the Duke admissions office and they said more were to be sent next week. This together with the fact that they do send PT invited to people who have 169s every year, leads me to believe that there is a solid, although not 100%, chance that we could get one.

I'm pretty sure people with lower scores will get them etc. I'm not disputing that. I'm saying the fact that you haven't seen anyone with a PT invite and score below 173 (or even 170 for that matter) doesn't mean....

I've seen people with scores below 170 who received a PT invite. It might be a wave thing, who knows? Much ado about nothing, really. The application isn't even available till September.

I solicited waivers from CCNMVPDNCG and here's the response so far:

Wait for CRS:
Columbia
Michigan (will be hidden)
Penn
Northwestern

Wait for CRS but we will reimburse you if you apply earlier:
Chicago

Request Granted:
UVA
Georgetown

Yet to Respond:
NYU
Duke
Cornell
I'll let you all know about these three as/if they respond.

I just requested fee waivers a few hours ago, and I thought I'd post the responses here with some important information.

Note: I mentioned my CRS expired last year.

Wait for CRS:
Michigan: While it’s true that your CRS registration lasts for only one year, you may re-register for CRS so that your information will be included in this year’s pool.
Columbia
Chicago: Will reimburse application fee
UCLA
Penn

No Response:
NYU
Berkeley (no merit fee waivers at all?)
UVA
Northwestern
Georgetown
Cornell

Did not contact:
Duke (received the priority track+fee wavier already)

How does one do this? Is it just changing your settings to "don't share" and then back to "share"?

Yep, and make sure it has the right application year. There is some debate on whether this actually works though.

So, I solicited a fee waiver from UVA last Friday, and I received one 40 minutes later. Now, I just received another one - I guess they forgot they sent me one. Maybe applying twice will double my chances or something :D

My solicited UVA waiver came with a line to the effect of "we might send you another one through CRS; if we do, use that one."

UVA and Georgetown are usually the only two that give out solicited fee waivers.

Another question: when they say "wait for CRS," are they saying to wait until they send out CRS fee waivers, and to inquire after that if you don't get one, or that they only give out fee waivers through CRS?

It means wait until they mass email their fee waivers. It probably suggests you'll get one, especially if you gave them your LSAT score.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
