LOR Question

I studied abroad last semester and had one teacher that I think could write a great LOR for me, but she only speaks Spanish. I know its probably not an option, but do any colleges accept LORs in different languages?

can't she have a translator translate it for her?

i don't really think somebody reading an app is gonna read spanish.
