Can I get UChicago with this. How much will my first score factor in and can I expect any money at NW if I work this year.

Yes you have a solid shot at UC.

Yes. Close to zero. Yes, expect some money at NU unless you get yield protected (don't know how prevalent that is at NU).

You'll probably be fine at Chi, your first score won't make much of a difference (if any at all), and you have a shot at NW $$$ if you have quality WE.

You will almost certainly get in to UChicago with a good scholarship as well. I think this year's applicants with your numbers got $75,000 from Chi.

I would be thrilled if that is correct because LSN seems to show UMich typically giving out less than that for similar numbers.

Chicago just had a donor give a TON of money for 20 full-tuition scholarships each year for three years, so they had a lot more scholarship funds to throw around and people typically did very well this year with regards to financial aid. I expect next year will be similar! Best of luck.

Of note - MAKE SURE you apply early. Chi waitlisted or rejected everyone who applied in January or later this year.
