i think a graduate degree will help you in your search for a position- assuming of course that the advanced degree fits in fine with the aspect of law that you want- and what the firm has and is searching for. I dont know how much it will help you get into a school, but if you have one allready- its something nice that may differentiate you from the other applicant with the exact same lsat and gpa and other measurables, but no grad degree- especially one thats a Ph.D or similiar.
