So earlier in January I emailed one of my professors who I took a summer school course with if she would write a letter of rec for me. She really liked me in the class and I did well, and not surprisingly, she said she'd love to. The only problem is, she's in Germany. So how exactly would I go about doing this?

I got one from Egypt and even that wasn't really that hard. Just be clear with the professor what needs to be done, and budget a lot of extra time. I had my LOR from Egypt in during the summer before I ever started applying.
