Apply with Disciplinary Record

Post by wonder_bread » Mon May 09, 2011 6:29 pm

I understand that this question has been asked before. However, I still couldn't get my answer, which is why I am posting here.

I had a Honor Code Violation back in college. I pledged guilty. I received a passing grade in the class and no record is shown on my college transcript. Now I have been out of college for 2 years, and is considering going to law school recently?

Is this a disciplinary record I need to report for my law school admission?

You should report it with a brief addendum, yes.

Absolutely report it. Make sure to mention any changes you have made since then, and why it won't happen again. Take full responsibility.
