LOCI After... 6 months of waiting. W/o much activity between

About 2-3 months ago, I sent in a letter of continued interest (LOCI). They didn't care. Another 2-3 months had passed since my first LOCI. I didn't do anything in between other than wait.
Is it advised to send in another 1-liner saying "Hi I'm interested still" or leave it alone? I have no accomplishments or updates to merit a letter other than to express my interest. But then it's not like they're gonna let me in cuz I wrote a letter, or if they gave a shit I'd have heard back one way or another already.
