Withdraw LSAT registration after deadline

Hello,
I have just a quick question regarding withdrawing test.
LSAC says that "Withdraw LSAT Registration - No Refund June 5."
I understand that I can cancel test the day before the actual test date and it will not be 'absent'.
But, does it count as one of three exams in two years or I just lose $139(no refunt)?
How easy is it to withdraw my test?....just click any button online?...
I have no experience in registering LSAT, so sorry for stupid question...
