Is there any reason having an eviction or UD should in any way watsoever effect my chances at getting into any school? Does student housing check for this sort of thing?
Doubt student housing would be doing a background check on you and/or weighing in on admissions... but I'm no expert.

I can kindof relate, I was evicted from my dorm my freshman year of college for a student conduct violation. I had to disclose it because it was a student conduct violation, not because it was an eviction, but every school I was supposed to get into I got into with appropriate corresponding scholarship money. I did get waitlisted at one school I was on the edge of accept/waitlist for, but I highly doubt that disclosure had anything to do with it.
