I got dinged at Temple Law for 2011-2012 school year. I'm thinking about going to Widener and transferring out after the first year. Has anyone done this? What are the chances of being accepted? And I would most likely transfer to the part-time program at Temple and continue working full time.

You could find out much more by looking in the transfer forum. The general rule is, "don't go to a school with the intention of transferring out" It is harder than people think, and everyone is gunning for the top spots, so do you really want to risk the money to be in the top 10-20%? It CAN be done, but make sure you would be okay with a Widener degree if things don't go well.
