ED to UVA or Keep Waiting On UPENN Forum

I'd rather be in UVA than UMIch, Northwestern, Duke or Georgetown. It's just that I have family connections to Philly and have spent time there before. To me, UPenn is prob worth 50k more than UVA for these reasons, but UVA is the next best realistic (20% or better shot) that I have.

if this is true, then EDing to UVA would be dumb. sounds like you really want penn so risk it and go for penn.
