I used to trust the calculator quite a lot. but recently I try to take a deeper look at all those applicants' data..and it turns out that something is really weired. For example, I saw a guy with 163+3.1 got offers including Cornell...UC B...NYU...and I think it is just impossible. so..what do you think about the Calculator's data? Is it worth referring?
I am quite fresh in the whole law school admission staff...so I really appreciate all your guys' help. Thanks.

In my opinion, you can usually get a good idea of chances from a combination of LSAC's data, LSN, and LS predictor sites.
When in doubt, I've found LSAC's data to be the best, because it gives you a matrix of applicants and total admits for each LSAT/GPA range.
https://officialguide.lsac.org/release/ ... fault.aspx --> Click on a state, school, and "Law School Description" then scroll to the bottom. About 3/4 or more of the pages have data reported.

LSN paints the most accurate picture by far. The calculators are terrible imo.

For those schools that report that matrix, it's helpful. However, a number of top schools don't.
