So, let's say you have three seperate instances where addendums need to be written. Do you write them as one?

What type of addenda ? For example, are all three related to criminal infractions or is one related to LSAT scores & two to something else ? Are the incidents close in time ? Hard to offer advice without more information.

3 separate addenda seem appropriate under these circumstances. Try to be thorough but brief.
