Too late to apply to Cornell?

I know Cornell's app is due Feb 1, but I have everything ready to go - I just need to apply and pay on LSAC. Is it too late right now for my file to go complete by Feb 1? Also, does Feb 1 mean submit by Feb 1 or it has to be totally complete with the LSAC report too?

Cornell takes FOREVER to process their applications, but if you really want to apply, go for it.

Yeah I wasn't going to apply to Cornell, but I think I really would regret it if I didn't even apply at all, because then I would always wonder...better late than never right? Thanks I think I will!
