Schools that do not accept the February LSAT

I know some schools don't accept the February LSAT but does that mean just for a first time test taker? It seems obvious that if you don't have scores/a file with the scool already they won't look at a February score, bt is it different If you have reportable scores from October or December but retake in February and bring your scores up? Is it worth requesting an updated file be sent to a school that "doesn't receive February scores?" In my case I'm asking specifically about UT. My GPA is a 3.52 and I got a 162 on the October test, I know I am capable of at least a 167 so I want to retake. I know some schools I care about will take a February score into account but I have heard UT might not.

UT probably won't wait for the score. Two cycles ago, they decided on my application before my February score came out. It's worth a shot, though, particularly in case you get waitlisted.
