Rewrote my PS, send into schools I have already applied to?

So I rewrote my PS, and I think it is significantly better. My first was not BAD, just not great---should I send it in, or will this just make for undue negative attention?

I'm certainly no expert, but my first thought would be that it shows you didn't care enough to perfect it the first time. If I were an ADCOMM, that's how I'd think. But I also tend to read into things.

Of course, if there was some significant life experience since then, it might be warranted.
