I accidentally selected the professor who was writing my LOR as an evaluator as well. We never discussed that and I do not want her as an evaluator. How do I fix this?!?!? :?

...tell her you accidentally sent her the wrong thing and that she can ignore it?

I do not understand this question. :?

It won't let me remove it from my lsac account! So it says that I sent out a request for an evaluation. I just don't want it being sent to my schools that I have an empty request. :?

Chill. It won't be shown that you have an unreceived evaluation. I have one in my account, and it hasn't affected anything.

When it comes to LORs and evals, schools only get what you assign them to get. They don't see that you have a gazillion LORs or evals and they only got 2 (otherwise, they might get super jealous.)

just make sure not to assign the evaluation to any schools, and you will be fine.

not a big deal

I agree. Tell her to ignore it and don't send evals to schools. Do you mind me asking which school you are sending an evaluation to? I thought evals were kind of some new experimental LSAC thing and were accepted at few or no schools (and required at none?) I think LORs are generally the way to go.

Just send LSAC an email (or call them) explaining your situation, they can be very helpful. That's what I did and I received an email back a couple days later telling me it was taken care of.

You titled your thread, "HELP." As in, all caps, "I'm shouting on the internet." I think you definitely freaked out for at least a second.

Personally, I think these evaluations will be compulsory soon. So you guys should all be glad, those things look intense.
