Sending new letter of rec with LOCI

I was put on hold at a school, and would like to send a LOCI with an additional letter of recommendation. If I assign the new letter to the school via LSAC, will the school receive an update with the new letter? My status has been "complete" for several weeks.

Yes, if you assign the letter, LSAC will send it to the school. :)
