Credits attempted

On the pdf. file for transcripts on LSAC it states (Note: Withdraw/fail (WF), no credit (NC), and incomplete (I) course credits are included in the calculation of GPA if the school indicates credits attempted and considers the grade to be punitive). So my question is if some of my grades have "no credits attempted" they shouldn't factor into my LSDAS GPA according to this statement on LSAC correct?
