Curiosity Poll - What was your undergraduate major?

Post by glitched » Wed Dec 22, 2010 8:09 pm

Just for fun. (If you're a double, you have the option to vote twice. If you're a triple, I'm impressed. Lol)

Also, it would kind of be cool if the engineers could reply with the type. Also if your an other, the info would be nice too (realized I forgot business/econ - sorry). If not, thasssss cool too.

If you allow people to choose 2 options, they could put both their majors if they double-majored.

Physics (BA) and chemistry (BS) here. I'm glad I studied what I did and wouldn't change it, but the decrease in gpa doesn't help come law school admissions time. My first semester 4.0 in econ didn't quite feel right at the time, though if I could go back...

Physics and Economics. I'm surprised Economics isn't its own listing considering a decent minority of law students majored in econ.

That's an awesome combination I'm chemistry major here, it's too late now too add physics for me but I have thought about it.

Do you have a good understanding about the contradiction between general relativity and quantum theory? I.e. They cannot both be right

What are the majors of all these people putting Other (Humanities)? I hope econ majors aren't getting confused.

I did Environmental Studies...1/3 hard science (biology mainly), 1/3 humanities (philosophy), 1/3 social sciences (mainly political science and policy classes).

It was a pretty amazing major, actually. :)
