How much WE do you have? From what I've seen, the interview is pretty much mandatory.

Which is another reason why I figured it'd probably be a reject...I'm going straight from undergrad

To be honest, I don't know that I'd bother unless you REALLY want to go there and your numbers are high for them

Hate to say it, but without work experience and no interview you don't have a shot. I wouldn't worry about it.
