Still waiting for one recc..

Should I submit now and will the recc be sent after?

If the school requires a certain # of letters and you submit now, your app will be incomplete until the LOR is sent. LSAC will auto send the LOR to schools that you have assigned it to once the LOR arrives.

If the school does not require LORs, they might not hold the app (some just won't) and it could become complete/go under review without the letter, so be sure to check before submitting your apps.

I would definitely submit to the schools that require LORs or will hold for LORs.
