Anxiety: Milk of Magnesia or Epsom Salt?

Post by molomloch » Sat Dec 04, 2010 12:35 am

Ever since this unprecedented cycle began I've felt like a ball of stress that's slowly loosing mass, contracting into what will eventual become a black hole of personal horror

But enough of me. I have a question for the denizens of these fine forums that has most likely been at the forefront of all of our thoughts as of late...

Which works better for law school admissions induced constipation, Milk of Magensia (brand name or generic?) or Epsoms Salts?

I figure with all of the 180 scorers on this forums, (would burning concentration of genius and insight be a more accurate designation??), someone must have an answer to this my bloated quandary.

Write the names of all of your schools on scraps of paper, put them in a jar, shake it up, randomly pick one school out of the jar and withdraw from all of the rest. Do it now.

What is clonazepam?

And as far as exercise, I'm currently training for the local marathon. I've ran a marathon every year since Junior year of H.S. and regularly lift weights, so I'm not sure if more exercise is what's needed.

God I hate my knees. Well only one of them in particular, but yeah.

Try just buckets of fiber. Eat a huge bowl of granola and fruit for breakfast, then a pound of salad for lunch and dinner.

OR... head to the local Indian restaurant, and order lamb vindaloo. Ask for the actual Indian version version. Make sure to bring plenty of kleenex. You should be right as rain in a few hours.

For a few days, try a strict diet of brown rice, leafy greens, lentils, black beans, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, activia yogurt, prunes, apples, black coffee, and 14 cups of purified water. If you can handle it, add lots of red pepper to the rice, beans, and greens. Also, run 6 miles and do 200 situps each day. That should move you good.

Seriously consider Activia yogurt, milk, prunes, and a stimulant like coffee. If that doesn't work, then get some exlax.

Make sure your fluid intake is adequate. Dehydration makes forming soft stools difficult. And if you start using laxatives, you need to watch your fluid and electrolyte levels even more. Diarrhea is a leading cause of death among children in the third world.
