You went from 3.8 cumulative to 3.5 cumulative in just one year? Damn.
Anyways I don't think you should write an addendum unless there were problems with your health or a death in the family etc.

It might hurt you a bit since it was pretty drastic. But I don't think it will hurt you much. You still have a solid cumulative and trends rarely matter one way or the other.wester0 wrote:I know, it's rough. Fall I got around a 2.7 and Spring was a 3.0. Will the trend and lack of good reason for it hurt my odds?

You have hurt your odds to the same extent that you hurt your GPA. Hopefully you learned your lesson. Don't let that happen during 1L or you're toast.wester0 wrote:I know, it's rough. Fall I got around a 2.7 and Spring was a 3.0. Will the trend and lack of good reason for it hurt my odds?

+1 There's nothing you could really write in an addendum that would look favorably upon you, except for obvious extenuating circumstances like those named above.whymeohgodno wrote:You went from 3.8 cumulative to 3.5 cumulative in just one year? Damn.
