Northwestern App and Retaking the LSAT

They ask you to select, "Yes I have taken the LSAT on ____" OR "Yes, I will retake on _____"

Does selecting retake mean they'll hold your app regardless of anything else? So if you might have been able to get in with the score you have there's no chance of an admittance before the score comes back.

Most schools will hold your app until your retake comes in.

Have you signed up for another LSAT seating already?

You can ask for your app to be reviewed with your current score, but it is possible you could get a flat out rejection before your new score comes through. Some schools won't allow you to do this too (UCLA I heard), not sure about NWU.

Yes, I'm signed up for the December test.

I guess I can't have it both ways, lol...I'd only want it reviewed with the current score if it were going to result in something positive.

I'm positive I'll score higher on this retake so I'll just wait I suppose. Just hope waiting until January won't hurt me too much...
