Format question

Postby Saltqjibo » Mon Nov 22, 2010 1:46 am

So, if it is a two page max and the margins are specified. Can the required header go above the margins? My PS fits perfectly with no header, but if the header is placed within the margin it is two lines over. Should I rework or just place the header up higher.

Header is expected to go in the margins. Hope this helps!

Two contradictory answers? Just to clarify, what I'm saying is if the school requires a one inch margin, can I place a header above that one inch margin?

Oh no, we both meant the same thing.
When I said "in the margins" I meant in the header. So have it lie between the outer edge of the page and the 1-inch margin.
