Can someone tell me what U and N in LSN mean? My guess for U is URM or Undergraduates...
Can someone gives a tip?

N= Non-traditional
I= International

U = URM = under-represented minority
N = nontrad = non-traditional applicant (i.e. older with extensive work experience)
