Transcript reporting issue?

I have had my transcripts submitted to lsac for almost a year now. I just submitted a few apps and one of the schools emailed me saying that my transcript does not show my degree conferred. I attended a two year college and a state university. When I checked my lsac academic summary it shows "institutions attended" and for my state university it says "BA" under the degree column. It does not show anything for my community college though. Does this matter? Should it say "AA" there? Who do I contact to fix it?
