Paranoia setting in: resume flub.

Submitted yesterday. I put WE first and education second. Now I hear everyone saying how education should be first. Otherwise the resume looks pretty good. You think that will hurt me? Should I call law schools and send in the fixed resume? Is that really a big deal or am I just paranoid?

Just paranoid. :)

That is, unless you're trying to get admitted. If so, you're fucked.

Seriously, though, I'm sure it's fine. I'm not an admissions expert, but I cannot imagine someone getting docked for having an unconventionally-ordered resume. If it's still comprehensible, I'm sure you'll be OK.

Stop the madness! This doesn't matter lol.

Anna Ivey says WE before Edu if out of UG.
I'm 1 year out of UG but my edu is more impressive than my WE so I put Edu first.

No worries!

I've also heard work experience before education for people out of undergrad. I'm planning to do that.

You'll be fine!

General convention is to put whatever you are in currently involved in first - so if you are out of UG, you did the right thing. If not, still not a big deal and they won't care.

This. If you are working right now, it makes sense to put WE first.

Based on the theory that undgraduate grades should matter less the longer you have been out of school, I also put my work experience first. My work experience also happens to be (IMO) more impressive than my undergraduate institution/performance. I would put them in the order of their relative importance to you and your application.

I've been out a bit and put WE before education. I've gotten into some schools already.
