Can my score really go up in 30 days?

I took the Oct LSAT, and did way worst than what i was prepping. I was prepping 162+, and scored in the low 150's?? Is it possible to get my score back up to where i was prepping?? I think i just bombed it after i messed up my timing on reading comp... things just went downhill from there because i lost my confidence and couldn't stop thinking about the previous section.
