What's your GPA? Are you URM? I'm actually applying to the exact same schools as you (except Boston) and I too have taken the exam 3 times. In all of them I have improved but I did not reach my PT average, which is 164. My highest score is 158. I think I would have a chance at UC Davis if my GPA wasn't so low (3.09). I'm also URM, though. I'm requesting permission from the Pacific to take it a 4th time. They said as long as I submit an application to them they'll allow me to take it a 4th time. Davis does not participate in that program, I was told, but they did say they would take the 4th score.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that study and take it again. If you know you can do better there's no reason why you should settle.
