When is the right time to send in my apps
I have apps for the law schools I am applying to ready to go, however, I will be retaking the LSAT in December for a higher score. Should I send in my apps now and send in my second LSAT after I get the results? Any help would be appreciated.

If I were you, I would send in now.
On most of them you can indicate that you have an lsat score and/or are waiting on another lsat score.
If I were you, I would apply right away- that way you'll have time on your side for schools that would accept you with your first score. Then when you get second score, send it, and notify them by e-mail. I imagine most schools won't have made a final decision by then.
