Taking LSAT a 3rd Time - Fee Waiver?

Post by Wactawshus » Sat Oct 30, 2010 11:53 am

O.K. so after getting my results yesterday I want to retake in Dec. This would be my 3rd time taking the test. I received a full Fee Waiver but according to LSAC it's only good for 2 tests. I was wondering if anybody knows whether or not I can apply for another waiver or if I have to pay for this 3rd test. Additionally, if I do have to pay will this affect my application fee waivers? Anybody w/ advice or experience with this matter I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

You can reapply for the fee waiver using a new year's tax return which will grant you a new waiver with a new 2 year limit I am not sure if you get the same number of test waivers, but you can try. Call LSAC and find out I suppose.

Thanks. I was planning on calling on Monday but considering that scores were just released I was thinking that phone lines might be a bit busy. Figured I'd ask here just in case anybody had been through this before.
