Second Time Around- Advice Please?
While I anxiously await my October score of course all I can ponder is "What do I do differently if I need to take it in December?" I would really appreciate any advice from those who took the test a second time AND significantly improved! After all, I guess I'll need a pretty stellar score for applications that won't be processed until January...

Re: Second Time Around- Advice Please?
I went from 157 to 164, and I'm waiting for my Oct '10 score (was PTing mid170's). For me, the big difference was a) having the time to study and b) making my study time consistent.
I used the 5 month schedule from LSAT blog this time around, and it forced me to keep up a steady pace. I also met with a study buddy once a week, and we'd berate each other if we didn't do our assigned "homework." [In a friendly way, of course.]
If you do end up retaking in Feb, consider taking a year off and applying next fall. It might not be feasible for you, but if you can, you'll get in better places and have a much better shot at $$ if you apply early in the cycle.
