It looks highly suspicious to adcoms, b/c they're well aware that "2009-2010" could be "Dec. '09 - Jan. '10." You need to attempt to find months for your activities. Go through old emails, files, and planners. It shouldn't be that difficult. I can't comment on whether it's a C&F issue b/c I'm not an attorney, adcom, or otherwise informed on the policy.
