Vanderbilt App Question

Postby Destined » Sun Oct 24, 2010 2:14 am

"Please list any diversity characteristics you would provide:" with three lines after it.

Im a URM and bilingual but it kindof feels awkward putting: bilingual, African-American

Any opinions?

Out of curiosity, are you also sending them a diversity essay? (I was considering it, but I think I decided not to). I actually kind of wish that all schools just gave you three lines to list your diversity characteristics, it's a lot easier than writing a separate essay :)

haha ME TOO! well, i gotta admit I did put a lot of "diversity" in my PS so i feel that I would be rehashing it in a DS. But then again, I dont want to regret not sending DS after the fact. Im leaning towards not sending one; clear, concise messages are efficient
