How should addenda be labeled?

Post by NV53A » Tue Oct 19, 2010 3:25 pm

I have both the GPA and LSAT addendum. Should they be explained in two separate pages labeled - Addendum #1, Addendum #2?

I labeled mine as LSAT Addendum and GPA Addendum. I don't think it makes any difference either way.

If the school has an option to write one and it has a specific number on the application, I used that.

For instance, if question 15B was "please let us know if there are any factors that affected your GPA", then I labeled the addendum for that school "Question 15B Addendum".
