"Dates Attended"

Post by njlaw » Sun Oct 17, 2010 11:10 pm

This may seem like a dumb question. But I was wondering what you think you write what dates you attended your university and they ask for mm/yy, if you're applying straight out of college and haven't finished yet.

Saying 09/07-10/10 would be correct, but it could imply that you dropped out or something and confuse them. Should you write 09/07-06/10, to indicate your expected graduation date instead, even though you haven't completed it.

When it doesn't specify mm/yy, I just write 09/07-Present

what do you think?
